RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on change your mind items. 
• A credit note will be issued within 14 days with original receipt on full priced items. (Conditions apply)
• No exchange or refund on SALE ITEMS.
• All clothing tags MUST be attached to the garment.
• The garment/item must be returned in original condition and in its original packaging.
• Returns will NOT be processed for items that have been altered, worn or washed.
• We highly recommend keeping a tracking number of the parcel that you send back to us.  If a parcel does not make it back to us safely we are not liable to replace/credit your items.
